1. Reading and listing to the Scripture reading.

3. Receiving the Eucharist, Body and Blood of Christ.

4. Talking to God, Quiet time.

5. Praising God,

6. Tradition Prayers:
Our Father.
Hail Mary. 
Glory Be.
